The media's bizarre desire to find something to disagree with rears it's head with today's 3 minute silence. Idiots with books to sell and newspapers obsessed with memories of war pop up to call it inappropriate and talk about "shallow expresions of grief". Lets put it into perspective: it's 3 minutes when you can think about something other than yourself, and that's what seems to grate with these selfish cunts.

Thinking about other people and publically expressing solidarity with victims of disaster is entirely appropriate.
